AirAsia X Orders 50 More A330-900NEOs
15 December 2014. AirAsia X, affiliate of AirAsia Group has placed order for 55 Airbus A330-900NEOs with Rolls-Royce Engines configuration.
This deal will make AirAsia X is the largest operator for Airbus A330 Series. Previously AirAsia X and Airbus have agreed for tens of A330s, now the low cost carrier has total 91 A330NEOs in list order.

Airbus A330-900NEO is the re-engined variant of original Airbus A330 Series. Rolls-Royce is the only engine-maker who will power the aircraft with Trent 7000 engines.
The A330-900NEO offers versatility and realibility, brand new cabin and inflight entertainment features as well as aerodynamic enhancements.
Airbus claims the A330-900NEO can fly 400 nautical mile farther and reduction in fuel consumption by 14 percent per seat. Definitely Airbus A330NEO is the best widebody aircraft at its class.
